Why Use Webprint?

With Webprint, submitting a print job to a quick-printer is as simple and easy as using a laser printer. And it’s just as convenient. Gone are all the hassles of making sure your graphics are in the right directory, that you’ve used the right typefaces or graphic formats.

When you submit a job to a quick-print shop (such as Kinko’s or Sir Speedy), your document is automatically pre-flighted by Webprint. So . . . you can be SURE the document will print OK. It’s guaranteed! You and your printer can forget all about those technical problems you’ve been having.

You’re also given an accurate proof of the document – an Adobe PDF file. Just open that file, and see whether your print job is ready to go, or if you need to fix that one last typo before you submit the job.

After you proof the document, a print-ready file is sent over the Internet to the printer you selected – any printer anywhere in the world that has Internet access. Sent along with the file are your instructions – the type and color of paper to use, the type of binding or cover stock, where and when to deliver the finished copies, etc.

The system notifies the printer that you’ve submitted a job. As the printer processes the job, you can track its progress right from your own desktop (or from any place where you have access to your e-mail). And you’re automatically notified when the job is done – either that it is ready for pick up, or that it has been sent to whatever location(s) using whatever delivery service(s) you specified.

And you’re not going to be surprised when you see the results. They’ll be just what you expected.
