I’ve been at this so long, I remember a time before dot-matrix printers or IBM PCs or MS-DOS. I remember when IBM Selectrics were used to prepare copy, and it took six weeks to print a brief.
The tools have sure changed, but the basics of producing high quality publications — either on-line or in-print — haven’t.
And I know them so well.
